Mondays 4:00 p.m., Senior Yoga        5:00 p.m. Challenging intermediate Vinyasan/Kundalini Flow class
Wednesdays 5:15 p.m.    Hatha Yoga,  just the basics.
Thursdays 5:00 p.m.     Challenging Flow class. Come ready to work!!
Cost: All classes are "drop in". $5.00/session. No registration required.
